It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother and great-grandmother in the Richmond Villa, St. Peter’s on Saturday, June 10, 2017. Born in Amherst she was a daughter of the late Walter and Laurena (Beharrell) Sutton.

She was sincerely devoted to her family, was an avid gardener and in earlier years loved to spend time at the "Ponderosa". She was employed by the Board of Education first at Port Hawkesbury High School then at SAERC as an administration assistant. She then moved to a position at Strait Richmond Hospital from which she retired. She will be sadly missed by sons, Jeff (Michelle), Troy; Stephen (Cathy), Port Hawkesbury; daughter, Cheryl, Whiteside; as well by her grandchildren, Shari, Bradley, Erin, Colby, Reanna, Jade, Tia and her great-grandchildren, Callie, Nathan, Isaac, and Charlie. She was predeceased by the love of her life, her husband, Lawrence "Turk" and her son, Dale Robert.
